Booking a place at a degree ceremony
Taught course students will receive an email invitation from the Degree Conferrals Office at the start of their final year with information about booking a degree ceremony. Research students will be contacted by the Degree Conferrals Office with potential degree ceremony dates once they have received leave to supplicate.
'Historic' students should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information on available ceremony dates.
All students who commenced their studies on, or after, Michaelmas Term 2007, will automatically receive one copy of their final transcript upon completing their degree. This will be sent to the 'home address' listed in your Student Self Service account - please ensure these details are kept up to date.
Students who commenced their studies prior to Michaelmas Term 2007 should contact the New College Academic Office for their final transcript.
Postgraduate research students are not issued with a transcript but can be provided with a Degree Confirmation letter as proof of award. If you are yet to complete your research degree, please contact your college or department for proof of study.
If you need a transcript for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, please contact the Medical Sciences Office.
Please note, it may take up to a week for the Academic Office to complete a transcript.
