New College Society Media Network Event

The New College Society Media Network warmly invites Members of it Media Network to a screening of Apple TV’s ground-breaking immersive live action series, Adventure, the first complete Apple TV Original Series released for the Apple Vision Pro spatial computing device, kindly hosted at the offices of Old Member Tim Malbon's company, Made by Many, Diespeker Wharf, 38 Graham Street, London, N1 8JX (map).

Produced by Atlantic Studios and Apple TV, Adventure takes you on powerful character driven narratives with some of the world’s leading extreme sports athletes, as they take on some of the most epic challenges of their careers.

As the episodes are experienced within the Vision Pro headset in 8K resolution per eye, audiences get to feel like they are right there alongside the athletes, living every emotional beat, personally invested in their efforts.

Charlotte Mikkelborg, who is the Director of the Series and head of the New College Media Network, will discuss the ‘making of’ the series but also what she believes developments like this mean for the future of entertainment more broadly. New College Old Member and former Network lead, Rod Henwood (1982) will chair the fireside chat.

Places are limited to 42. Please be aware that, very unfortunately, glasses cannot be worn while wearing the Vision Pro so the experience is not ideal for those who are long-sighted.

To book, tickets are available from the University of Oxford Online Store payment facility at a cost of £15 per person as a contribution towards drinks and nibbles. We expect high demand for this event so please book early. The deadline to sign up for the event is Tuesday 20 January 2026.
