William Musgrave (1655–1721): An Early Modern New College Natural Philosopher, Physician, and Antiquary

William Musgrave donated to the college library the Philosophical Transactions for 1683–87 in four volumes. The Oxford bookseller Richard Davis also presented the Philosophical Transactions for its inception in 1665 up to 1677. The two gifts were probably synchronised.
