Archives Exhibition - 20th century
This week was the last of our weekly Archives exhibitions, featuring College documents from the 20th century.
It included documents featuring:
- The New College Boat Club in the early 20th century, including those Olympics in 1912
- Old Member Sir Alan Herbert, who wrote for Punch - 1938 & 1956
- Queen Elizabeth II visiting the College in 1948 and 1976
- The Sacher Building, built to host the MCR in 1963
