Coronation Dinner

The College held a special formal dinner for the Coronation weekend. 

Our Head Chef, Sam, put together an adaptation of the menu released by Buckingham Palace, including Coronation Quiche and recipes from celebrity chefs Ken Hom, Adam Handling, Nadiya Hussain and presenter Gregg Wallace. The eclectic recipes represent the evolution of British food with its cross of traditional and fusion influences. 

One of Sam's special adaptations is a king prawn taco crown!
