Childhood genius in music

Congratulations to Adeline Mueller, who has just published her study of the notion of childhood genius in music. Titled Mozart and the Mediation of Childhood, it shows how the composer's genius shaped the social and cultural re-evaluation of childhood during the Austrian Enlightenment. 

Adeline held the New College Weston Junior Research Fellow in Music from 2011 to 2014, and is now Assistant Professor at Mount Holyoke.
