Naomi heads up the Library and Archives Team and has a dual role of providing a library service to the College community but also making the extensive antiquarian and manuscript collections accessible to external researchers. She also takes an active part on the Committee of College Librarians, represents the Colleges on the University Science and Medicine COLP, as well as being "liaison officer" for associate students at New College.

Jennifer Thorp
Archivist
Jennifer Thorp is responsible for looking after, cataloguing and making available for research the historic archives of the college since its foundation. These include manorial records, title deeds and estate papers of the college estates, the foundation charter, statutes and administrative records of the college, and Special Collections which include papers of several past wardens and fellows.

Becci looks after most aspects of Reader Services, including the circulation of library items, user induction and education and the management of Student Supervisors who staff the library during out of office hours in term-time.

Jason Morgan
Assistant Librarian
Jason specializes as a cataloguer of both modern and antiquarian material and updates copy-specific notes on both OLIS and ESTC. He starts work early to ensure that the library is ready for opening each weekday and also staffs the library across lunchtime.

The Library assistant works term time only and provides support to all the library staff; They ensures that all new books reach the shelves as quickly as possible and assists the Librarian with research on antiquarian library benefactions.
