Support and Assistance

The IT Office provides two main routes for assistance with general IT issues and problems:

James manages the IT Infrastructure and heads up the IT Support team at New College.  He also represents the College on various University IT Committees.

Assistant IT Officer

Sam maintains and administers the New College website, manages the databases within the administration, and provides support to the administration and fellows.

IT Support Assistant

Lucila runs the drop-in sessions during Term Time, which take place in the IT Office (8 OB 1).  If you have problems connecting to the network, or have other IT related issues, please visit Lucila during the times on the IT Support Page.
