The London Stage in the Nineteenth-Century World IV

Organised by Michael Burden and Jonathan Hicks, the fourth The London Stage in the 19th-Century World will take place at New College from the 6th to the 8th of April.

It includes a wide variety of topics including music, staging, set design, the circus, protest songs, ballet, and Gilbert and Sullivan. It is part of The London Stage Project focused on the Calendar of performances developed in conjunction with the Bodleian Library.
