Failure to complete the form will result in default policies being applied to your account.  This will mean that settings will be lost during migration.

Enter the names of the folders you currently share
Enter the names of the accounts you currently share with other members of staff or accounts like DBdiary
This relates to any rules you have on Groupwise that performs a function. e.g. filter/move emails to folders
You should record any rules you have setup in GroupWise here. These rules are not copied over as part of the migration but will assist you and the IT team to recreate them in Outlook. You do not need to record out of office rules as these are available in Outlook/Nexus
