Estates and Bursary Secretary

£22,249 – 26,247.  33.75 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Full time.

New College, founded by William of Wykeham in 1379, is one of the largest colleges of the University of Oxford. During term time it is home to more than 600 undergraduate and postgraduate students and over 100 academics. In addition to its primary function of university teaching and research, the College has a thriving vacation conference business, and welcomes visitors from around the world to experience its beautiful buildings and gardens and hear the world famous chapel choir.

The College is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and effective full-time secretary with excellent secretarial skills and with a sound working knowledge of databases and all Microsoft Office programs.  The role involves the highest levels of confidentiality, and discretion is required.  The successful candidate will have a first class level of accuracy, will be a good team player, and will enjoy working on a varied range of tasks providing administrative and secretarial support for the Bursar, Maintenance Department & Land Agent.
