Engineering, Economics and Management

EEM at New College

Unlike most joint courses, EEM does not involve an equal split between its three constituent topics – it is an engineering-led course, whose entry requirements and first-year syllabus are the same as for Engineering Science. Selection for EEM is dealt with by the Engineering tutors alone, and applicants are considered in direct competition with those for Engineering Science. While there is no fixed quota, we usually admit no more than two EEM applicants each year.

Please also see the Engineering Science course page.

Number of places available at New College:

Normally 1 or 2 per year (included in the Engineering Science quota of 7-8).

College requirements

The College does not have any requirements beyond those specified by the University and the Department.
