Check-In

Delegates can check in from 10.00 am at the main entrance (Porters' Lodge) on Holywell Street. This is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Check-Out

Delegates are requested to check-out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Conference Office

The Old Bursary is available to use as a conference office. It is fully equipped with a wi-fi computer, printer, telephone and fax machine.

IT Facilities

All lecture, seminar and meeting rooms have network sockets.

All residential bedrooms also have network sockets. Please remember to bring an Ethernet cable.

The College has limited wi-fi access due to the structure of the buildings.  There are access points in the common rooms and in all lecture rooms.

Beer Cellar

The Beer Cellar (bar) can be opened during normal licensing hours, and extensions are possible.

Newspapers

Newspaper deliveries can be arranged by special request.
